1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Multi-AI platform (the "Service"), operated by Multi AI Lab Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old to make purchases.
2. Description of Services
Multi-AI is an AI model aggregator platform that provides unified access to various artificial intelligence models. We connect users with AI services from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, and others, either directly through their APIs or via authorized intermediaries such as OpenRouter. The AI responses are generated by third-party providers, and we do not control or guarantee their content.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Account sharing or transfer without our consent is prohibited.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
The Service operates on a token-based system with optional subscription plans. Subscription plans (STARTER, PRO, MAX) are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Token usage costs vary by AI model. All prices are displayed in USD. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to: generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; infringe intellectual property rights; create spam, malware, or phishing content; attempt to bypass AI safety filters; impersonate others; interfere with Service operations; or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.
6. Content and Data
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Your data may be processed by third-party AI providers according to their privacy policies. We store conversation history to provide Service functionality. You can delete your data at any time from account settings.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
